LP Bakehouse supplies wholesale bakery to trade customers. These terms cover the website, trade enquiries and the basis on which we supply.
Trade customers only
Our products and prices are intended for businesses buying for resale or catering use. We do not sell to the general public. We may ask for business details before opening a trade account.
Enquiries are not orders
Submitting the enquiry form or requesting the trade catalogue does not create a contract. Orders are confirmed directly with our team, and are subject to availability, minimum order values and current pricing at the time of confirmation.
Pricing and catalogue
Prices and product ranges shown in the trade catalogue are indicative and may change without notice. The catalogue link we email is issued for your business and expires after seven days.
Collection and supply
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, orders are collected from our cash & carry during published opening hours. Goods should be checked at collection; we ask that any shortage or damage is reported the same day.
Allergens and food safety
Our products are produced in a bakery that handles cereals containing gluten, nuts, milk, eggs, soya and sesame. Allergen information is provided on request and it is the customer's responsibility to pass accurate information on to their own customers.
Website content
The content, imagery and branding on this website belong to LP Bakehouse or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. We aim to keep the site accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or error-free at all times.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability in connection with the website is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
