LP Bakehouse is a trade-only wholesale bakery. This policy explains what happens to the information you share when you make a trade enquiry.
When you submit a trade enquiry we collect your name, business name, telephone number, email address, business type, the product categories you're interested in, any message you write, whether you asked for the trade catalogue, the page your enquiry came from and the time you gave consent.
We use these details solely to respond to your enquiry, send the trade catalogue if you requested it, and discuss wholesale supply with your business.
Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. We will not add you to any mailing list without a separate, explicit opt-in.
Enquiries are stored in a secure database that is not readable from the public website. Only authorised LP Bakehouse staff and our server-side systems can access enquiry records.
We do not sell or share your details with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing contact@lpbakehouse.com.
